A seasoned strategic & creative duo, deeply passionate about using both to solve business problems.

We challenge with empathy and are courageously curious with each other and in our work. While we’ve spent our careers working with some of the most recognizable brands and agencies, it’s never been about the name/logo, and always about how we could make an impact on people and in culture.

We’re also moms, spouses and empaths who love french fries and can have entire conversations via Issa Rae gifs.

Our why

There is massive inequity in how businesses are funded, supported, and accelerated. That's why Nova Consulting is dedicated to amplifying businesses led by women and people of color, especially at the intersection of the two.

We believe the future of business is diverse, bold, and equitable. Right now, that future is being held back by a system that disproportionately leaves people out. We're here to change that.

We help brands turn their "why" into their greatest asset — transforming purpose into profit, not just for the bottom line, but for the people who are impacted. We know that true growth happens when businesses authenticity align with culture and community.

We partner with brands that are ready to break barriers and build legacies. You in?
