Speaking engagements
Big stages. Small rooms. Real talk.
Whether keynoting at industry events, guest lecturing in a college classroom, or video conferencing into a company meeting, we bring the same thing: real insights, hard-earned experience, and an honest, human approach.
We speak on what we know, branding, leadership, equity, creative strategy, and what it actually takes to build something that lasts. We don’t just talk at people, we connect with them. Because the best conversations are the ones that spark new thinking, not just nodding heads.
If you’re looking for speakers who blend heart, humor, and hard truths, let’s talk.
SXSW
At SXSW, Cass took the Turn the Dial conversation to one of the world’s most passionate music stages. Alongside Grammy-winning producer Ebonie Smith and senior leaders from brands like Porsche, she translated a bold campaign and pipeline program into a lively, accessible discussion for a completely new audience.
Whether speaking to corporations, creatives, or college classrooms, Cass connects strategy to story—holding her own with cultural leaders and executives while making every audience feel part of the conversation.
SheSays
Karen founded the DC and Boston chapters of SheSays, a global networking platform for women. She’s curated and moderated countless events across the two cities and she turns panels into conversations that feel effortless and alive, where people laugh, lean in, and leave inspired.
She’s brought that same energy to awards shows, juries, keynotes, conferences, and company meetings. Big crowd or small circle, Karen knows how to draw out the gems, spark connection, and leave audiences feeling like they were part of something real.
